How does your pricing work?

We charge based on the size of the project you are administering. This is a tiered scale in the line with the total estimated costs of the project. There are unlimited users allowed with this pricing model.

Where is the data stored/hosted?

Security is very high on our agenda. We store all our data in Australia on protected servers hosted by Microsoft Azure. We have selected Azure as it meets the highest standards of cloud based security available in Australia. Is my data safe and private?

Yes. We take security seriously and utilise the following mechanisms:
- SSL encryption
- Password hashing
- Data centre hosted by Azure, see Azure security policies here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-au/overview/security/
- Bi-annual penetration testing by 3rd party experts
- Internal security team

Can you integrate with any accounting or project management systems or other 3rd party apps?

Yes, we have several pre-built integrations you can use to connect Mastt to programs like PowerBI. We are also able to customize integrations to suit your needs.

Can I download reports?

Yes we have a simple one click report generator that produces reports at any stage of your data interrogation process.

Can I export to excel?

Yes. This is a standard function available at any time.

Do you help with migrating our data off your system?

Yes. We will work with your team to ensure your data is safely migrated from our system to whatever new location you choose.

How often do you add more features?

We release a new version of the system every 6 months which includes the new features that have been selected and deployed for all users.

Can I suggest special features?

Yes. We encourage you to suggest new features and our customer excellence team reviews all customer suggestions and prioritizes them for inclusion in our new version releases.

Can I tailor the system to what we want?

We provide a variety of implementation services to assist you with ensuring that the system meets your specific requirements. We have a range of options available depending on your situation.

What type of customer support is available?

Live customer support is available from 8:30am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri. Please call our hotline on (02) 9133 4355.
Most requests can be handled by our support ticketing system - please submit at Mastt Support Tickets and you will receive a prompt and detailed response.
The Mastt Knowledge Base is also a rich repository of system information.

What happens if I need to add more users?

Our plans have unlimited users so you can easily ask your system champion to add new users to the system at any time.

What happens if I need to add more projects?

We offer flexible pricing plans where we can upgrade or downgrade your system usage. Please contact your sales representative to arrange for a change to the project allocation.

Is there a limit to data storage size?

No. We have no limits to the amount of data you can store on our system.

Can I switch to a different plan model later?

Yes. We offer flexible plans where we can change the system allocation based on the number or size of projects that you are administering.

How am I charged- when are payments due?

A monthly payment plan is established at the commencement of your contract. An invoice will be generated and sent to you on a monthly basis.

What type of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept bank electronic payments transfers that are settled when paying for monthly invoices.

Are there any set up fees?

There is a set up/implementation fee charged in line with your specific requirements. This will be discussed with your sales representative and will depend upon factors including the number of users, training requirements and any special requirements you may have.
