Empowering Working Parents with Our Leave Policy at Mastt

As one of Australia's recognised best places to work, we're proud to share how Mastt supports all our employees, including and especially working parents.

Mastt wants to make sure our employees get the time they need to take care of themselves, while enjoying what they do at work.

If you work at Mastt and are expecting your child, we offer:

💗 Paid 21 weeks Primary Carer leave (with the option to take it as 42 weeks at half pay)

💗 Paid 3 weeks Partner parental leave for eligible team members.

💗 Return to work Support

Since Mastt started in 2019, our team's wellbeing and benefits have been the priority. Mental Health Days is an initiative that was recently introduced that allows employees to have extra 2 days paid holidays where they can take a break. There is also annual health & wellbeing allowance which can be used towards gym, fitness, and any other health related activity of employee's choice. We also offer you a birthday leave to enjoy your day.

Staff personal learning and development is another area that our budget is devoted for. We believe in growing and nurturing our future leaders within our business rather than filling leadership and management externally.

We also have flexible working hours and location. While we have an office-first culture, you're still able to work from home when it suits you – with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office split.

You will also enjoy our Quarterly company wide activities for the whole team, along with 2 days company offsite events.

Mastt is open for multiple positions at the moment. We are specifically looking for Software Engineers, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help build the platform and provide better services for our expanding customers.
