A mission driven, global business

Construction shapes the world around us - our cities, hospitals, airports, homes and infrastructure.

But the people delivering these projects still spend far too much of their time buried in spreadsheets, documents, emails and repetitive administration.

At Mastt, we’re building a future where every construction professional works alongside AI Agents - giving people more time to think, lead, solve problems and build.

Work on a problem that matters

Construction is one of the world's largest industries.

The projects our customers deliver become hospitals, airports, schools, infrastructure, workplaces and communities.

Improving how those projects are delivered has an impact far beyond software.

Have real ownership

We're a deliberately small, fast and elite team.

That means there aren't six layers between you and the customer, the product or a decision.

You'll be expected to have opinions, make decisions, ship work and own outcomes. Good ideas can come from anywhere.
