Andrew Benn is Director of Defence Major Projects at WSP in Australia. With more than 15 years of experience, Andrew has managed major projects across mining, resources, and infrastructure. Before joining WSP, he worked with BCI Minerals, RPS, and Aurecon, overseeing developments in both Australia and internationally. His earlier career as a mechanical engineer at Lycopodium saw him deliver critical projects such as the $7 billion Cobre Panama development and Tropicana Gold Project.
Andrew is known for his ability to bridge technical precision with project delivery excellence. His background in engineering and project management gives him a rare perspective on balancing design intent, cost control, and operational outcomes.
