For more than 30 years, David Buley has overseen one of Australia’s largest education capital programs. As Chief Financial Officer and Director of Capital Grant Programs at the Association of Independent Schools of NSW (AISNSW), he guides financial strategy and governance for over 400 member schools. His work ensures that investments in new and upgraded facilities deliver lasting value to students and communities.

David’s expertise connects finance, strategy, and infrastructure delivery. He has led the design and management of capital funding frameworks that help schools plan confidently and meet complex compliance requirements.
