She leads the Facilities and Project Management team at Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of capital projects that create better learning environments for students and educators.

Lelia has managed projects from concept through construction, guiding teams to turn design ideas into functional and lasting spaces. Before joining CFBISD, she held senior roles at LPA, Huckabee, and WDG Architecture, delivering award-winning schools and large-scale civic projects across Texas.
