Matt O’Callaghan leads Mastt’s international expansion in the Middle East, helping project owners implement smarter, data-driven systems for capital project delivery. He brings deep experience in customer success, cost and schedule controls, and large-scale infrastructure.
Before taking on the MENA region, Matt was Mastt’s Head of Customer Success in Australia, where he helped grow adoption across major capital works portfolios. Earlier, he was a Project Manager at Mace, delivering digital scheduling frameworks for Sydney Airport and supporting critical upgrades for Transport for London and Transport for NSW.
Matt combines strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on customer outcomes. His background spans aerospace, rail, 3D printing, and capital infrastructure. At every step, he’s championed practical innovation that makes life easier for project teams on the ground.
Matt O'Callaghan is the Regional Implementation Lead (MENA) at Mastt, overseeing successful regional project implementations. Before joining Mastt, Matt worked as a Project Manager at Mace for over two years. He is also the co-founder of VicHyper, an Australian team that became a finalist in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition. Driven by his passion for innovation and solving global challenges, Matt led a team of over 30 engineers and PR, business, and design students in this groundbreaking competition.
