Tim Macdonald is a digital strategist with two decades of experience building brands, products, and teams. At Mastt, he led marketing through a period of rapid scale in the construction tech space.

Before that, Tim co-founded and scaled several businesses. His ventures include a nationally featured consumer app, a kitchenware ecommerce business acquired in 2015, and a 35-person digital agency acquired by ASX-listed Enero Group.

He’s worked with brands like REA Group, Qantas Holidays, and Telstra. People trust Tim for his clear thinking, practical delivery, and deep experience in both marketing and product.

Tim Macdonald was the Head of Marketing at Mastt, bringing over 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience. As Co-Founder of Init app, Tim developed successful apps featured on national media. With a proven track record in scaling start-ups, Tim combines digital expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth.
