Anton Wu is a Project Manager for Construction Technology at Mastt, where he works closely with customers to ensure the platform supports the way their projects are managed. He guides teams through onboarding and implementation, helps configure Mastt around their workflows and reporting requirements, and supports users as their needs evolve.
He also owns the ongoing customer relationship, working with project managers and senior stakeholders to monitor adoption, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen how Mastt is used across their projects. Through these conversations, Anton brings customer feedback into Mastt’s product and engineering teams, helping shape improvements and ensure customer needs are reflected in the platform’s development.
In construction, nothing stands for long without a strong foundation. So instead of trying to build the best projects, I wanted to focus on the system and people that are the reason why these projects are possible.
