Doug Vincent is a construction tech leader helping project owners deliver capital projects with more speed, control, and confidence. As CEO and Co-founder of Mastt, he leads a global team building software used by governments, global consultants, and Fortune 500 companies to manage billions in infrastructure.

At Mastt, Doug focuses on:

Before founding Mastt in 2019, Doug spent over a decade managing complex, high-value capital projects. As Program Manager at RPS, he delivered major defence and aviation programs including:

  • Defence Navy Infrastructure ($2.1B): Delivery strategy and governance for facilities supporting SEA1654, SEA5000, and SEA1180
  • Larrakeyah Barracks Redevelopment ($550M): Planning and procurement for critical upgrades in Darwin
  • AWD/LHD Ship Sustainment ($170M): Infrastructure delivery at Garden Island, Randwick, and HMAS Watson
  • Qantas Projects ($15M+): Operational improvements at Sydney Airport including ramp amenities and rear boarding gates
  • Centennial Park WILD PLAY Garden ($4.2M): Senior PM for a multi-award-winning nature play space

Doug’s career began in Canberra with BLOC, where he delivered mixed-use, luxury residential developments. He’s worked across fitouts, education, civic infrastructure, and complex defence programs. This hands-on experience shaped his drive to build tools that truly support the people delivering the work.

Today, Doug is a regular speaker at industry events like CMAA, BuiltWorlds, and BILT ANZ. His insights help project leaders rethink how AI and automation can shape the future of construction.
