Doug Vincent is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mastt, where he leads the company's strategy, vision, and direction. Under Doug's leadership, Mastt builds agentic AI software used by governments, Fortune 500 companies, and leading consultancies to deliver billions of dollars in capital projects across APAC, North America, and MENA.
Before founding Mastt in 2019, Doug spent more than a decade as a construction program manager, running cost reporting, contractor management, and executive board reporting on capital projects. That hands-on experience shaped Mastt; he started the company to build the kind of tools he wished he'd had on-site. He also speaks regularly on construction technology and AI in construction and mentors industry founders.
