Johnny Gustafson

Johnny Gustafson brings nearly a decade of experience in construction sales and technology to Mastt. Before joining the team, he founded a construction tech company focused on procurement and later worked with private equity firms, developers, and contractors. That mix of experience gave him a practical view of how construction businesses evaluate new systems and make technology decisions.

At Mastt, Johnny works with prospective and existing customers to understand their project controls, cost management, and reporting challenges. He helps them assess where Mastt can support their teams while bringing customer feedback and market insight back into the business.
