Raicelle Rovira is a Customer Success Specialist at Mastt, where she supports capital project teams through onboarding, implementation, and training. She works closely with project managers, consultants, and asset owners to improve cost tracking, standardize monthly reporting, and help teams move from spreadsheet-based processes into structured, centralized workflows.
Day-to-day, Raicelle runs training sessions to embed consistent reporting practices, troubleshoots issues during live project stages. She also acts as the go-to point of contact for both operational queries and more complex reporting challenges.
