Automated program and portfolio dashboards that aggregate project data for you. Share executive-ready reports faster, without manual roll-ups.

A program management dashboard rolls up multiple projects into one clear view. Mastt consolidates program data into a single dashboard, so you can report faster and reduce stakeholder follow-ups.
Start with AI-assisted setup or a dashboard template, then tailor the layout to your key performance indicators. When it’s time to share, export a PDF or present directly from the dashboard.
Mastt's program dashboards live inside Programs and the Dashboard module. Add at least two projects to a program, then build a dashboard that aggregates project information into one portfolio view.
You can shape the dashboard around your key performance indicators (KPI), so program reporting stays clear for stakeholders and managers. These building blocks make portfolio dashboard reporting easier:
This setup supports project portfolio dashboards that stay consistent across reporting cycles. It also helps you deliver executive portfolio updates with less manual formatting.
Portfolio reporting breaks down when updates live in spreadsheets and slide decks. Teams spend time formatting instead of reviewing project performance. A construction program management software reduces that overhead by keeping a single reporting view that’s easy to update and reuse.
Here's what program management dashboards give you:
This helps program managers run reviews with fewer gaps. It also reduces back-and-forth when stakeholders ask for clarifications.
You can create a program dashboard once you have program access and your program includes at least two projects. Mastt gives you three starting points, so you can match your reporting style from day one. After that, you refine the layout and save it for ongoing reporting.
Go to Programs from the admin area or main page. Select the program you want to report on, then open the dashboard area.
Click Start a Dashboard and choose your method. Use AI-Assisted for guided creation, choose a template for a proven layout, or start from scratch for a blank dashboard.
Click Add Tiles and browse categories in the tile library. Select the widgets you want, then close the selector to place them on the dashboard.
Drag tiles into position and resize them to fit your reporting view. Use tile settings to adjust titles and display options. Duplicate tiles when you need the same view with a different focus.
Click Save to keep your dashboard layout. Use Presentation mode to lock the layout during meetings. Use Print Preview to adjust page layouts, then save and download as a PDF.
