Before Scape, Digby was a Project Manager at Mastt, where he helped clients adopt digital tools to streamline capital project delivery. He also held roles at APP Corporation and Acciona, delivering major projects for Sydney Airport, Western Sydney University, NSW Police, and others.
Digby has worked on everything from public transport and schools to police stations and civic spaces. His ability to lead, listen, and problem-solve has made him a trusted partner.
