Mathew Jetson is a Chartered Professional Engineer and former Australian Army Officer. He specialises in capital infrastructure delivery, defence sector strategy, and cross-cultural project execution in remote and international settings.
He is Associate Director - Defence at AECOM, where he leads strategic planning and project advisory for major defence programs. Before joining AECOM, Mathew held senior roles in the Australian Army, including Project Manager for the Blackrock Camp upgrade in Fiji and Manager of Infrastructure Training and Development at the School of Military Engineering. His work has delivered impactful outcomes across Australia, the Middle East, and the Pacific.
