Michael Boehm is Vice President and Co-Owner of Urban Resources, Inc., where he helps developers, businesses, and nonprofits deliver projects across the Pacific Northwest. He has spent more than a decade as an Owner’s Representative guiding multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and community builds through design, budgeting, and construction.

Michael’s career at URI spans project management, team leadership, and contract strategy. He has overseen major developments including Analog Apartments, the Volta Office Building, and multiple New Seasons Market locations.

He works closely with clients and partners in Oregon, Washington, and California. His approach blends technical detail with practical decision-making, helping teams move from early concepts to finished buildings with confidence.
