Served as CTO at PMA Technologies for 18 years. Led product development and IP management for NetPoint®, PMA's Graphical Path Method planning software, and NetRisk™, a Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis tool. Both platforms were applied to major capital projects, including The Big Dig, Disney Shanghai, and Lower Manhattan reconstruction. Co-authored "Core Traits of a Reliable Schedule," an industry protocol that codifies the essential elements of a reliable construction schedule across CPM and GPM methodologies. Published by PMA Consultants in March 2014 with nine co-authors. Widely cited as a benchmark for schedule quality in capital delivery.
Jacobs Engineering & SKM: Global Integration Planning
Led a 5-day interactive planning session with 65 participants from Jacobs Engineering and SKM following their merger. Developed an integrated plan and budget covering 14 IT and operational disciplines across 67 offices in 21 countries. Used GPM-based facilitation to align stakeholders across both organizations and surface dependencies, conflicts, and risks.
The Big Dig: Project Controls Technology
Applied PMA Consultants' scheduling methodology on the Central Artery/Tunnel Project in Boston. Widely recognized as the most complex highway project in US history, the project involved over $15 billion in reconstruction.
