Evolve FM describes itself as Australia's first 100% Indigenous-owned full-service facilities management company. The firm was established in 2015 by founder Troy Rugless (of Wiradjuri and Torres Strait Islander descent) and is a joint venture between PSG Holdings and global property firm JLL.
Since 2017, Evolve FM has provided services under the Whole-of-Australian Government (WOAG) property and facilities management program, initially servicing 23 Commonwealth entities. As providing property and facilities management services to over 22 Commonwealth entities including the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Federal Court of Australia, Geoscience Australia, and the National Archives of Australia. The firm states that over 45% of its contracted spend is with Indigenous-owned businesses.
